WHY DO I BLOG?
I didn’t think when I originally began blogging in 2013 that I’d still be sharing bits and pieces of life – years later! To be honest, I go back and forth more often than you’d know about keeping this blog going. While the online community is wonderful in many ways, it’s also a place for a lot of hate. For now, I choose to keep blogging because I believe it is a source for good and there aren’t many channels left in today’s world of media to show the good things in life. Of course there are days that are hard and difficult and full of terrible things, but I believe life, motherhood, Universe and all those little tasks that fill your day are a gift. And I’m thankful for this little space on the big internet to share those things I love and to be a part of a community of bloggers doing the same.
At the end of my day, if I’m lucky, I’ll have ten or twenty minutes left to browse my favorite blogs or online sites. I want to be uplifted and edified and encouraged in those ten or twenty minutes of browsing and I hope this space can do something like that for you, too. I hope when you read this blog, over anything else you’ll take away a message of finding the joy in what is around you, in your own family and friends, in good food and good places, in having hope, in learning and growing, and in your own surroundings.
DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS FOR MAKING MY BLOG MORE SUCCESSFUL?
Stay true to yourself and your own voice! Blog about what you love, not what you *think* will make your blog successful. Be original, be consistent, and have fun.
IS LIFE REALLY THAT PERFECT?
I never said my life was perfect. It’s not. No one has a perfect life. But I choose to look at what I am blessed with rather than what I do not have. I work hard to find the joy in my day-to-day life. Regardless, I have terrible days just like anyone. While I try to be honest about the entire picture, I like to keep this blog on the positive side. Please do not ever look at my blog (or anyone’s blog) and compare your life to it. A saying I love, “comparison is the thief of joy,” has never rung truer than in the blogging world. I can’t choose what you’ll take away from my blog, but I hope you’ll take away a message of finding the joy in what is around you, and in your surroundings over anything else.
WHY DO I HAVE KEEN INTEREST IN AIR CRASHES?
I really like flight simulators, and at that time when I started the blog I wasn’t good in Flight simulation. And Now I got some better. I read pages of aircraft manuals, view airport charts etc. Believe me, it helps. By the way- yes, I do know it should go like this; Air crash investigation (!) blog, but does that matter? All in all, I’m interested in aviation since MALAYSIAN AIRLINES MH370 went missing a year ago, when I learned about the all other airport disaster and then became interested in air crashes, aviation etc.
WHAT WRITERS AND OTHER THINGS INSPIRE YOUR WRITING?
Currently, Allen Ginsberg, Rumi, Jack Kerouac, William Blake, Stephen Hawking, Dawkins, Michio Kaku and Alan Watts for writers, as for everything else, dreams, waking fantasies, eastern philosophies, the hidden corners in back alleys where no one bothers to look, anything that can raise awareness, economics, Spirituality, meditation, Universe, Sky, Politics, and the rhythm of human speech.
ARE YOU A MAJOR IN PHILOSOPHY?
No. I am an Information technology major.
IF GOD LOVES US, THEN WHY DOES SUFFERING EXIST?
You’re never going to get a good answer asking the question like that.
Try this: “Why does suffering exist?”
See how you just avoided the entire problematic back and forth of similarly unqualified atheists and theists trading facile arguments, and instead positioned yourself to approach the problem of suffering in a reasonable fashion?
Forget God, deal with what is in front of you.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE IDEA OF PRAYING?
Don’t you think it’s one of the most humbling things you can do as a person, and it’s the thing that yields success in the Hereafter.
What is the deal with everyone chasing success and life-after-life? What is it about the fact of your own heart beating and the breath filling your lungs that simply isn’t good enough for you?
I feel for a religious person to feather their own nest so to speak by chasing spiritual success is the equivalent of spitting on the life God gave you.
How old are you?
28th October, 1993 – Calculate accordingly! 😀
Can you follow back/promote/recommend/vote my blog?
No, sorry. I will automatically delete your message when you ask me these.
Who has inspired you in Life?
I will always get inspired by many people. My inspiration differs from person to person. I will get inspired by my mother, brother, friends, lecturers, great leaders while reading their books and even by seeing a kindergarten girl by her dedication towards her work.
So I guess my inspiration would be something different where I can find my own way to live a truthful life.
Amma (mother), thought me to manage and solve the problems in any situation. She manages all the chores of house with perfection. I don’t see anyone like her in my life. Whatever I’m today is only because of her. My brother motivated me to gain knowledge, attitude and to be a positive thinker.
How you managed to learn so much?
I get many personal messages from people asking me what they should explore. Most of these people waste a lot of time asking me to be their mentor or guide them. I think most of them don’t need any guidance. They just keep whining about their situation and keep wasting time. I don’t remember asking anyone what I should do next. I always see what certain experts did and I explore it. If I like it I stick to it otherwise I just move on. Also if you try to study only to get a fat pay cheque trust me you won’t ever get it. Study hard with a genuine intention of learning and making an impact on human society.
Next time you have to choose, do not waste time in analyzing which choice is better. Just pick one and delve into it without letting anything bother you. If you leave the task at hand incomplete you will be cheating yourself.
Are we God?
We don’t necessarily have to make any of those assumptions, we need only realize that the skin is a bridge and not a barrier. 🙂
